How to Lose Belly Fat in Two Weeks With Intermittent Fasting Diets

In this article, I'm going to share with you my strategy on how to lose belly fat in 2 weeks or less. Having suffered from abdominal obesity for several years, I spent years researching how to best reduce my belly fat. I did a lot of research, read a lot of books, and tried out many different strategies. At the end of this journey, I had what it took to make lasting changes in my life and tackle the dreaded abdominal fat once and for all.

The process that I used to learn how to lose belly fat in 2 weeks was by doing various abdominal exercises in my spare time. By doing this, I was able to get rid of excess stomach fat without having to diet or exercise regularly. For me, this was the easiest way to lose belly fat. After doing these exercises for a few weeks, I gained back my confidence and was able to pursue with my goal. By making small adjustments to my diet and lifestyle, I was able to improve my overall gut health, reduce inflammation, and basically turn off my extra belly fat gene. Here is how to lose belly fat in 2 weeks:

The first part of the strategy on how to lose belly fat in 2 weeks involves my elimination of refined carbs from my diet. Refined carbs are anything made from flour, sugar, or flour products. These processed foods contain lots of calories, but very little nutrient (except for hydrogenated oils). By eliminating them from my diet, I was able to burn more fat and lose more weight.

The second part of the strategy on how to lose belly fat in 2 weeks involved cutting down on my consumption of processed foods and increasing the amount of lean protein intake. In addition, I also had to increase the amount of physical activity. By including lean protein, I was able to make my metabolism to work even harder, thus burning even more belly fat while working out. So instead of drinking soda, opting instead for water or juice, or opting for energy bars as my post-workout drinks, I increased the amount of physical activity I did each day.

During my weight loss journey, intermittent fasting worked wonders for me. By cutting out all "empty carbs," i.e., sugar, white flour, etc., I was able to increase the amount of healthy carbs I ate, thereby reducing the amount of fat I burned while I worked out. In addition, since intermittent fasting allows you to eat when you're hungry, I was able to eat smaller portions of healthy food while eating fewer calories. Also, eating large amounts of food at one time helped me to get rid of excess stomach fat. Here's how intermittent fasting worked for me:

On an average day, I ate four typical meals. After an hour or so, I would have six small meals. So, on an average day I ate approximately five thousand calories. By keeping track of what I ate and how long I ate during the test panelist, I was able to quickly determine which foods allowed me to lose belly fat the fastest.

When I compared the amounts of calories I was consuming to how many calories I burned while working out, I found that alternating my meals really helped me lose belly fat. So rather than eating four normal sized meals, I chose to eat six or seven small meals throughout the day. Although this is a great way to lose belly fat, it doesn't really burn off enough fat to keep it off permanently.

So instead of alternating my intake of food throughout the day, I did the opposite. Instead of eating four normal sized meals, I would eat six or seven normal sized meals during the next 2 weeks. This not only allowed me to lose weight more rapidly, but it also burned more fat so that my next two weeks of intake wasn't as high in calories. By combining these two major factors, I was able to lose weight in my next two weeks and keep it off for good! This type of intermittent fasting diet is a great way to keep yourself motivated while you're losing weight.
