How To Lose Lower Belly Fat Without Losing Weight

Lower abdominal fat is perhaps one of the most difficult fat to burn off in the body. The reason behind this is that the fat cells that gather around your belly are called visceral fat cells, and often they are just as hard to get rid of as the subcutaneous fat cells that gather in other parts of your body. However, while you may want to shed that excess lower belly fat, it's important to realize that you can't target weight loss to these fat cells alone.

One of the biggest factors in causing lower belly fat is overeating or eating too many calories. This isn't necessarily the case though - many people think of eating as a simple need to survive, but this couldn't be further from the truth. In reality, our bodies really prefer to eat a balanced diet with plenty of fruits and vegetables every day. Unfortunately, many people just don't get around to eating regularly.

Another factor which directly affects your metabolism and weight gain is alcohol. Of course, it's not exactly the same for everyone - some people aren't heavy alcohol consumers, yet still feel the weight gain and crave alcohol to cope with these feelings. There are some who say that alcohol doesn't make you fat, but it does change your brain chemistry so that you prefer to do things that require you to have alcohol instead of doing things that don't require it. This explains why you often find people drinking in excess at social gatherings, while others rarely drink at all.

Dr. Luke additionally recommends the use of certain foods as weight loss remedies. These are foods which you would typically find in a raw or vegan diet. For example, he recommends consuming oysters, hemp seeds, tofu and seaweed. However, you may have to pay more attention to your intake of sodium and potassium because they are usually lacking in your diet. So try and eat plenty of green vegetables and avoid processed foods like white rice and flour as much as possible.

Dr. Luke goes on to recommend that most people who want to lose their belly fat should eat foods that are high in fiber - this includes oatmeal, beans, lentils, nuts, whole grains and even apples and pears. He further advises that we should consume foods that are high in protein and low in carbohydrates. As an example, he recommends eating foods rich in zinc - this includes almonds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, chestnuts, pecans and edamame (Japanese soybeans). By eating so many high-fiber foods, you actually trick your body into believing that it is full - this causes your metabolism to slow down, which results in your body burning stored calories at a slower rate.

Luke also emphasizes the importance of drinking adequate amounts of water - at least eight glasses daily. This way, you avoid constipation and the toxins that it causes. To help lose weight fast, we all need to take enough water - drinking enough water actually flushes out the toxins and impurities in our bodies. Water also helps us feel full with fewer calories!

If you do not have high protein intake, Luke recommends that you reduce your calorie intake and focus instead on eating smaller meals that are more filling. Also, do not forget to drink enough water - about eight glasses a day. I could just imagine how many calories you would be burning by now if you had done just that! And remember, always strive to have proper nutrition and weight management while following this program!

Luke's whole approach to losing weight and lower belly fat revolves around the idea that you need to eat more often to burn calories and even more importantly, to keep them off. This is why he recommends high amounts of protein. He also emphasizes the importance of water, not only as a beverage but also as a food. Water makes you feel full with fewer calories. I believe his plan is a great one for weight management and should definitely be tried by anyone serious about their health.
